We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original packaging and condition.
Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your approved refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and personalised-product reasons, some items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact Kemzjewelryaccessories as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the item.
Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
